No automated help here; our goal is to give you and your members one-on-one support. We assist members with any difficulties they may have related to your site -such as how to login or how to search - and we have in-house developers to quickly handle any technical issues.
Support For Members
Your members can call our toll-free 800 number any time during normal business hours. Our support representatives strive to answer every call and provide prompt, professional and courteous assistance.
We also offer a 24/7 ticketing system with Parature™ that allows us to identify, track, analyze and resolve support issues. Members can open a support ticket by sending an Email. A ticket is automatically created and then assigned to the appropriate support rep. We also track all phone interactions with customers through Parature™ in order to maintain a log for each support incident.
Training for Staff
We provide our clients with training on each application that they use on their site. Training is managed using GoToMeeting™, an on-line knowledgebase, and even in-person meetings if you prefer. We also send out regular Email updates and host Webinars to demonstrate new features and enhancements as they're released.
In some cases there may be an abrupt change of employees or management at your organization. In those cases, we stand ready to assist your team, board or leadership in managing your Website until new employees can be trained.
