Accounting Groups and Rolling Dates

Create and dynamically populate groups using payment activity, credit balances, and past due invoices.This allows you to easily track and communicate with contributors or follow up with individuals that have outstanding balances. The ability to populate groups opens many doors throughout the MemberCentral platform as groups are leveraged by all of our applications.

Warning Groups Identify Problem Records

Groups have several advanced settings including the ability to trigger a warning in the Control Panel. To activate this, edit a group and click the advanced settings link. Choose "Draw Attention to these records by showing an alert if this group has members." and save. This feature is useful for creating a working list of records that need your attention. Tip: Don't create warning groups unless you can resolve the issue that's causing them to appear in the group.
