The new registration schedule is one of many enhancements on the way as we work towards building a more robust guest management solution. This feature lets you define a registration periods such as "Early Bird" and tie a specific date range to it. You can then leverage the "Early Bird" schedule when you create new rates and custom fields.

As you set up new events, you'll notice:

1. Adding new rates takes less time as you no longer need to set a start date/time and end date/time for every rate. Just check off the registration periods that the rate is available.

2. Custom field that have fees or options associated can be active during specific registration periods and the price can change automatically for each active date range defined.

How will this affect your current events?

Any events that you've created prior to January 10th will automatically have this feature. The ranges that you've defined for your rates will be converted into registration periods using the start and end dates/times as the name. You can edit the names if you wish, but keep in mind that the names of the ranges will not display on the Website. They are only used to control the availability for rates and custom fields.
