A new upload tool has been added that lets you add or update one or more fields for all or just a subset of records in your database.

This tool is useful for:

  • Adding new records to your database such as a list of prospects
  • Updating the value of a custom field for a small sub-set of records
  • Syncing your website or SeminarWeb portal with an external membership system.

Several other features have been added including:

  • Ability to auto-assign a membernumber if one is not provided
  • View a log of past updates including a summary of the submitted data, original file submitted for upload, list of changes made to existing records, and a copy of the affected records prior to importing new data.
  • Improved error reports help you address issues with your data file.
