The Events App now automatically notifies staff by email when an event reaches a defined registration cap, allowing you to more quickly take action if you want to raise the cap on an event.

A separate enhancement within Event Custom Fields and Tickets now includes Limit Enforcement. If an item is limited (sponsorships, tickets, etc), once the limit is reached, registrants cannot purchase those items. In addition, registrants are notified when items already added to their cart become unavailable. This prevents oversold items and sponsorships, as well as over-payment by members.
