We're excited to launch our new ZenDesk support platform. New features includie a searchable knowledge base in the Control Panel, and a feedback system so you can click and rate our support. A new interface in the control panel will give you quick access to support. 

In addition, your association can add its own private knowledge base articles, exclusive to your association. Simply submit those knowledge base articles to support for inclusion in the knowledge base. We're working to improve our quality of service every day!
