Go to the Registrants Tab of Events for the new email feature.  Simply Filter Registrants using new filtering options, then click Show Registrants.  Next, click Email Registrants to create an email from scratch or use a template you’ve saved.  For example, using Event Role filters, you filter and send an email to speakers requesting their av requirements; speakers can also click and instantly update their AV requirements within their event registration (if you have defined AV custom fields which can be restricted to registrants having a speaker role). By standardizing common Email Templates for events, you can use them across all events, simplifying recurring tasks like asking speakers for their AV requirements.
