Do you find yourself managing a lot of repetitive speaker requests for AV requirements, papers, or other items? Do you regularly need to communicate with speakers in a uniform and consistent format for all  events. Join us for this webinar and learn how you can configure these tools for ALL events:Event Roles, Role Custom Fields, Custom Emails, and more.  After creating Event Roles and Role Custom Fields, you can create custom emails for each Role.  For example, if you've added all speakers to an event, and coded their role as "Speaker," you can then filter and send them pre-built emails asking them to "Provide Speaker AV Requirements," with a link where each speakers can click and enter their AV requirements right into your event database, without being required to login.
