Attorneys are instantly notified of new referred cases and can update case statuses, profiles, or pay LRS invoices online. Each referral includes all of the info the client provided and the improved online vetting process increases the chance of the referral going to the right panel without needing counselor review.

The LRS program can automatically enforce rules for participation and rotation. Counselors can override this if needed and send surveys or updates to participants on a schedule or by generating a printable report for mail. LRS questions and panel settings can be adjusted by admins at any time to further refine the intake process.
